Value in my stories on Tuesdays & Thursdays (the days where my littlest little is in daycare), taking extra long weekends off (Friday – Monday), and simply documenting a tiny snippet of my day on Wednesdays. I’ve actually been doing this for several weeks and my story views are at an all time high so I can comfortably recommend the same to you! Having a structure around your week is so so helpful in showing up consistently.

If you’ve adopted the daily formula I’ve been sharing over the past couple of months, high fives! If you want to mix it up a little, here’s a breakdown of how you can share a day in your life — pick & choose what works for you, and recycle recycle recycle.

• 9am: morning coffee & to do list
• 11am: behind the scenes of your process
• 12pm: a helpful tool or app that you se
• 2pm: a client project you’re working on
• 3pm: something nice a client said about you
• 4pm: ask a question / poll
• 5pm: share one of your older posts

This particular blend of content will tell your readers *exactly* what it is you do every day (not as obvious as you might think!), establish you as an expert, and engage your readers. You don’t want to do this every day because it’ll get stale fast and there’s no sales content in here, but it’s worth cycling through about once a week!

Remember, stories are a two way conversation so anytime you can use an interactive element, pop it in!

How are you doing? It can be tough to share if you’re having a tough time but it’ll make your readers feel so much closer and more invested in you. Don’t ramble on and on, but drop in with a quick note if you’re having a hard time and end it with a question box: “Here is a positive thought for anyone who may be struggling” That way you’ll always end on a positive note!

The premise of reels is evolving — and I’m not a particular fan. Sounds and concepts are being regurgitated again and again… and again. Forget about view counts and think about building a “sticky” brand… original content is still the best way to approach your reels.

The purpose of the reel itself is to grab the attention of the viewer, almost like a headline. The tangible success of your reel is dependent on the caption, so make sure they’re juicy! (Repurpose stuff from the caption starters if you need to.)
